Ladydoll are a 4-piece Irish rock band. They released their debut album “The Knife Thrower And His Wife” early 2010 which was promoted with two tours of Ireland and shows in the UK. The guys and girl also managed to fit in a handful of summer festival dates and won out the Jack Daniels Set for unsigned bands. Their music would most suitably be classified under the genre of ‘Dark Rock’ infused with pop undertones, which are evident in the lyrical and melodic hooks heard across the range of the band’s repertoire. Intricate guitar solos and vamp-like piano sequences provide the perfect backdrop to the cleverly-placed and often dark and melancholic lyrical content.
Ladydoll have spent the start of 2011 working on new material for their second album and will be performing new songs at shows this summer.

I’ve heard Ladydoll and they are very impressive. I believe they have a good future in the World of the Music business.
